This topographical map of Mesteer Cornelis (Jatinegara) and Stand en Voorsteden (gambir) was made by Topographisch Bureau between 1901 - 1902. The map was published in 1903. The black and white map depicts areas located between Koningsplein (Monas Square) and Mesteer Cornelis (Jatinegara). Fields are seen dominating several places like Tanah Abang, Gondangdia, Kuitang, Cempaka Putih and Salemba. Pivotal buildings seen in the map include Koningsplein (Monas Square), Waterlooplein (Banteng Square), Citadel Prins Fredrik, Governor General Office, Welevreden (Gambir Railway Station) and Bat.
